if your looking for a fustrating experience skate land is the place for you I had my daughters birthday there which cost way to much for services offered. everybody in my party that brought skates couldn't use them which cost more money the staff was VERY dishonest and tried to scam me for money in not giving me proper change and on top of that they were rude. as an adult my wife and i were treated like children by the staff. in my opinion if adults are gonna skate they should skate at their own risk. as if this company would pay for any injuries my wife and i obtained in their facility anyway. the only thing that really bothers me is that this is the only place to skate and i will probably never find my self going there again
I had my kids b-day party there. The party i paid for allowed 10 kids..THAT SKATED or I had to pay extra. 3people showed up that i was not expecting (2 18 yr olds & they brought a little kid) all 3 of them got stamped on my kids party list (they thought they would skate) I told the front cuz I had already paid they will be paying for themselves. The 2 18 yr old ADULTS didn't ever skate & as far as I know you need a ticket to get skates OR be added to the party kids skate tally list that the parent of the birthday kid hangs on to. I gave that list to another parent in my party. The parent not knowing got the little kid that came with the 2 people got skates on my tally list. So at the end of the part they asked for my skate tally list.... 10 sets of skates were handed out according to my tally list. Again, those 2 people did NOT skate. And I already paid for up to 10 kids. So i was paid in full. They still proceeded to charge us for the skating they didn't even do. I told them they
