This dynamic session is for kids and adults of all ages. Our leaders have lots of activities planned throughout the session like volleyball, basketball and even our own version of school yard games. There are lots of things happening all the time, from the special arena lights to the on-ice activities and spot prizes. Lap skating is available in a limited area.

All of the same great activities and fun as our regular public skates with a lower admission rate on Tuesday (am), Wednesdays (pm) and Thursdays (am & pm).
This is a special drop-in time for parents and preschoolers to share the joy of skating (parents do not need to skate). Come out and enjoy the safe, fun environment for the little ones to test out their skating legs. We have lots of toys and a fantastic snowbox. Our friendly on-ice staff is always ready to make the whole experience memorable with tips and games to help the little skaters along. Kids can rest their legs and re-energize at the craft table as they create a special treasure to take home. Lap skating is not available at this session.
This session is for adults and is a great addition to your fitness program. If you haven't been on the ice in a while or you just need some pointers our leaders are there to help you out. Lap skating is available in a limited area, while a section of the ice is used for activities and adult lessons.
In addition to our registed programs, Hot Shot Tot Hockey and Goal Getters Moody Park Arena offers drop in hockey on Monday nights.
This is an introductory skate and skills session for those who are new to the game of hockey. Thjis is a recreational, non-competitive ice session for kids who want to practice their skills and have fun passing the puck around. The level of play on the ice must be safe for all abilities of children including beginners. The puck must stay on the ice at all times. Parents may participate with their child on the ice or watch from the lobby and kids who are confident skaters are encouraged to participate without a parent. A CSA approved melmet and face cage are mandatory for all on-ice participants.
This fun session is for older kids and is non-competitive and perfect for the NON-MINOR HOCKEY player. Our focus is on a fun and safe level of play so all abilities of kids can enjoy the skate. The puck must remain on the ice at all times, except in our staff supervised designated area and this session is not designed for adult hockey. Our leaders will be on the ice to set up the nets and put out the pucks. A CSA approved helmet and face cage are mandatory at this session.
