Skating Ice and Curling Rink

Welcome to the RinkTime profile for North Shore Winter Club.  Founded in 1958, we are the premier private club on the North Shore for hockey, tennis and curling (public curling, as well).  Our arena ice is open year-round for providing Minor Hockey Leagues, Female Hockey Leagues (Minor and Adult) and Senior Men's Hockey.

Public Skating

Public skating sessions are available weekday afternoons with a buy-in card available from our Member Services.

North Shore Winter Club offers Figure Skating & Ice Skating Lessons.

Are you an adult looking to learn to skate? Do you have children yearning to skate like the pros? If so, we love to teach and our instructors are top notch. For beginners we focus on providing the basics. For more advanced skaters we focus on proper form, technique and getting you ready to meet your goals. Call us at (604) 985-4135 for more details.

 

Ice Hockey

The North Shore Winter Club is a legend in producing high performance players (23 have moved on to the NHL over the years).  Our members are provided with top quality coaching, skill development and off-ice development through our minor hockey program.

Curling

We are the public venue for curling on the North Shore.  Our season starts the first week of October and goes until the end of March.  We have daytime curling for ladies and senior men, evening curling for competitive and not so competitive curlers.  We provide Learn to Curl sessions throughout the year.
