Horrrible experience today. This was my family's forth time in the facility simply because it was the closet skating rink to us. Never again. We tolerated the disgusting bathrooms and rude staff (snack bar), however, now I wish we never would have spent the money that we did. Today was my son's birthday. We have no family in the area and chose to keep it low key. When I asked him what he wanted to do, he said skate at Milford. While there I politely asked the DJ if he could wish him a happy birthday. He said sure. A little later the owner rudely approached me and informed me that they didn't do that because people paid for that.(Parties) Seriously, I'm pretty smart and I think people paying for parties are paying for terrible pizza and old disgusting skates, not a simple birthday annoucement for a child who chose to spend his special day in that facility. Shortsighted on her part. Any business that caters to children should at least do that. We will definitely spend our money elsew
