Professionalism
This is the most unprofessional managed facility I have ever seen. They do not have children's best interest in mind. They operate without medical staff available. They allow the operators to speak to the children in a way that is degrading and hurtful. I would strongly advise not allowing your children to be exposed. There are other options.
