The skates that were handed to me needed to be thrown away, I asked for a reund because all the skates seemed top be in bad condition. Most had gum all over the wheels which made trying to skate like a roller coaster ride. The staff was rude and seemed to only care about the money I gave them. They did not try to resolve the problems witht he skates. Evidently they have so much money they do not need mine nor do they need repeat customers.
Overall I felt unwelomed and singled out. I feel very strongly that since this skating rink is dominated by caucasian the presence of a difference race is welcomed but not really wanted. I will never waste my money and go back. The environment is unwelcoming to people who aren't caucasian. I will take my money else where. Where my business is not only welcomed but WANTED as well.
