This would be a great family place if it weren't for the current staff. The young girl behind the concession booth was very rude and unfriendly. It took over half an hour to get our food. We even had to go back and ask for it a second time. This place was not crowded, only about 20 people in the whole place. Even the management was rude and inconsiderant, I was almost knocked over by a swinging door when the manager walked through it with her nose in the air. There is no referee on the skate floor for the safety of the skaters. No, I have nothing good or positive to say about the managers or employees, I'm just glad I live in another city so I dont have to return. Oh and if your having a party, don't invite to many people, the party room is tiny and will hold no more than about 10 people and forget about a host, your on your own.
