Took my grandkids and was appalled at the condition of the floor and the concession area. It was too hot and the fans didn't help. It generally gave me the creeps. There was no one manning the concession stand. The tables were dirty. Generally, most of the equipment needs to be replaced, especially the skates. They were beat up. The staff that was there was OK, but no one seemed to be glad to be working there. The only positive was the skating floor. That seemed to be in good condition, but I would rather skate on the road than go back to USA Skate.
