I am not sure what has happened since the previous owner passed away but the experience at Fundome has changed. The staff is rude and unfriendly and they have no idea of customer service or respect for families. I have a family of 5 that regularly roller skates at different locations. Fundome offered a family night that seemed reasonable so we wanted to give it a try. We were there for 30 minutes before leaving and did not get to skate. The gentleman at the front desk ignored myself and my children for over 15 minutes while he was talking on the phone. The management then proceeded to treat me like I was just another 'punk kid' while I stood there with my children. This is definitely not a family friendly establishment.
