Through the years the filth of the facility was primary.
Now the facility has a policy that if you have multiple kids that you need to drop between the party, ball practice, and church, you have to pay for those extra kids even though they won't participate at all in the facility activities. Just because they are with you as you go in and out 3 times you have to pay. Ridiculous. If you send an older sibling (say 18 yrs old ) to take your child the party they also have to pay. 21 years and older is the magic cutoff. My family won't attend another party there if there is no common courtesies for families trying to manage life with multiple kids is allowed anymore. What a sad day in today's world when greed overrides common sense. I am very disappointed in the management decision to care more about ripping people off than children getting to celebrate their birthday.
