Although not posted anywhere, the Public Skating hours seem to be as follows: Mon-Fri 3pm-9pm; Sat-Sun 12noon-6pm. --- Be aware that the lights are often turned off and heated change room locked a 1/2 hour before closing, so don't arrive the last 45 mins of the day. 3 full outdoor rinks, plus a small non-boarded ice area for the very little kids.
