Adult daughter was told leave for nt wearing skats
Adult daughter who was the guardian and transportation provider for two teens. Was told she had to because she was not wearing skate while sitting on bench. With skates in hand. Texting friends to get together at skate center. NOTE she was not being disruptive or causing any problems Just not wearing skates while sitting on bench and looking younger than she is. Have been going to skate rink for many years and for last 2 years daughter has been the transportation and guardian for my teens at the skate rink . After event on May 12 2012 they or any other family members or friends will not be going back. And no refund was offered or received. this will be settled in small claims court. A complaint will be filed with better business bureau, and consumer protection. Defiantly Discrimination for looking young. Law suit pending
