Floor was in warpped condition, my child fell and no one was even guarding the floor to check on him even though the placed was packed and kids were speeding around the floor with no disregard for anyone, we order some french fries and were given a slip and no one even comes around to tell you they are done they just stick your food under a warmer and wait for you to come back and check on it, the bathroom floors were wet (bad move for skate wheels and a wooden floor). A few years back this place was decent, not any more. Seems like someones taking the money and not putting anything back into the place anymore. I think I'll go to Great Skate (with their nice new floor) or stick with neighboring Skatin Station II which always keeps their floor in good condition.
I took my family skating on Saturday night, this was the first time we have ever been to this rink. I can not believe how great it was compared to all the other rinks in town. I was especially impressed by the cleanliness of the facility and the dedication to customer service. I brought five children with me, needless to say I was a little overwhelmed trying to get everyone's skates on.Phil, an employee, saw me struggling with the inline skates we rented and assisted me in getting everyone one in their skates and on the floor. He was friendly and helpful. I will defiantly be going back again. I loved that there was such a friendly family atmosphere.
I would never have a party there again.I was totally disappointed.Food was cold,to many parties at one time and the owner rude rude rude.Not enough seating.Over all no good!!!
