Impolite Owner
My daughter goes skating here once and while & I decided to have her Bday party. The owner had a very nasty attitude & I felt rushed. I thought maybe he was having a bad day, so I booked her party there the following year and got the same treatment. I tell ppl have theirs parties at USA Skating rink.

Rude owner/ employee
Owners/employee tend to be a little rude. My son loves being at this skating rink so I continue to let him go. My experiences have not been good on birthday events.
