About Tartan Arena
Welcome to the RinkTime page for Tartan Arena Ice Skating Rink. Founded in 1997, Tartan Arena of Saint Paul, MN is an indoor rink and open year round.
We offer youth ice hockey leagues.
One of our main attractions are our Public Skating Sessions. Come join us, lace-em up and get on the ice for a great experience.
Having a party or event?
