Was there today for my nieces birthday and was very disappointed. The service from the ladies that work there is horrific. They are rude and unfriendly. The service is slow. They charged amounts on our final bill that were NOT explained previously or justified for and when trying to understand the reason behind it the lady hollered out "come'on ladies its a good deal' as if we were playing a game at a local county fair. The place was not clean and they would touch money and food and not wear gloves. I was disappointed as were others. There was another party there that also was disappointed. On top of all of this they charge a 15% gratuity to hand food over the counter. It was unreal to me! My kids like skating there but as far as eating and having a birthday it is a lousy lousy set up and the fee's are too much!!!
