Hi, I had my daughters bday party here this weekend and I CAN TELL YOU IS IT SUCKED!!! First, Its filthy, smells like cigarette smoke as soon as u walk through the door, and the staff is very RUDE.Second, they don't accommodate you!! The website said you will have a HOST... that's A lie!! You do all the running yourself. They don't Have any supplies for a party such as utensils napkins, forks, spoons u name it they didn't have it!! MIGHT I ADD THE SITE AND STAFF SAY THE ONLY THING YOU NEED TO BRING IS THE CAKE!!! FALSE...SO HAPPY I CAME PREPARED. They gave the kids icecream sandwiches instead of icecream cups like the site says. Music was horrible, NO DIVERSITY AT ALL! When I asked could they play some different music I wish you could have been there to see the look on their face. Responded wit NO this is all we have (rock and roll).The only thing good from this experience is you get a pair of skates if you buy the EXTREME BDAY package which should be called HORRIFIC PACKAGE.
