Welcome to the RinkTime profile for Silver Wheels Roller Skating Rink. Founded in 1973, Silver Wheels of Joplin, MO has been a favorite destination of roller skaters and families for over 35 years.  Silver Wheels is an indoor roller rink and open year round.

 

Public Skating

Public skating sessions are one of our main attractions at Silver Wheels.  Skating provides great exercise and an opportunity to get out of the house.  Plus, it's not like exercising at the gym... skating is fun!  We play a great variety of music that is fun to skate to.  Check out all of our great features:

And don't forget about our affordable Snack Bar!  Everything on the menu is under $2.00!

We also have a "Stuff Shop" to supply you with all your skating accessories.  From glow sticks and flashing necklaces to wheels and new skates, we can provide you with everything you need to make your skating experience great!

Birthday Party or Event Planning?

Why not have your party or event at Silver Wheels?  We can make our rink available to you for birthday parties, holiday parties, or corporate events.  Our prices are incredibly affordable! 

 

BIRTHDAY PARTIES

We do a great birthday party!  Parties are scheduled during our Saturday afternoon sessions from 2:00pm - 4:00pm.  For only $60, your party includes:

• Admission and skate rental for 10 skaters
• Free glow bracelet for every skater
• Free small drink for every skater
• Plates, napkins, forks, and serving utensils for your cake
• Custom invitations printed a week before your party
• A party booth reserved for your guests with a bouquet of balloons
• A reusable "Two-Week Free Skating Pass" for the birthday guest, good for all sessions
• Only $6 each for additional skaters

While we do not allow outside food or drink to be brought into the skating rink, we are happy to make an exception for booked parties to bring a birthday cake. We accept cash or check only.

 

PRIVATE PARTIES

We also do private parties!  You can rent the entire rink for just you and your guests for two hours for only $150!  If you would like the birthday package seen above, your fee will include everything listed above for 25 skaters (each additional skater is only $6).  If you would like to rent the rink without the birthday package, your fee will include admission and skate rental for 40 skaters (each additional skater is only $4).

While we do not allow outside food or drink to be brought into the skating rink, we are happy to make an exception for booked parties to bring a birthday cake. We accept cash or check only.
