Cleland Ice Rink is OPEN TO THE PUBLIC and offers year-round skating, not only as a form of exercise, but as an affordable and constructive family leisure activity. Cleland is the only ice rink within a 50-miles radius of Fort Bragg, Fayetteville, NC and Cumberland County that provides year-round ice skating. Cleland Ice Rink offers a Youth Hockey Program, Figure Skating lessons as well as learn to skate program.
