On the evening of January 29 my son went to the skating rink as he did every weekend. This weekend his friends had had problems with some boys and the boys called there friends to the skating rink and continued to taunt my son with how he was going to get beat up. After being taunted he went to a skating rink employee and the employee had told him and his friends to "shut up and leave the boys alone" so he attempted to do so. While he was standing with his friend they boys came by and took there skates off, after doing so the leader of the group ran up on my son and punched him and my son feel to the ground he still had his skates on then the boys friends jumped on top and began beating up my son. One of my sons friends and some adults helped break up the fight the employees in the skating rink did not respond until after the fight was broken up. My son had a bloody nose and the employee made him call us. We were told by the deputy on duty that we could press charges. The next day we w
