There is nothing good to say about this place. I give it zero stars. It's dirty nasty. Skates are in worse than poor shape. Floors horrible. Staff is unfriendly and then I found out they where the new owners. After I had to pay to watch my child skate. There was almost a fight with in 30 minutes of being there. We just left. I would tell any good parent to go somewhere else. I love to do thing with my family so this is just sad. They should close.
Parent observers pay full price to enter, but there is not a good viewing area. Seating is open to all the teens running/skating around. Teens are out of control, and there is no staff supervision. One of the teens pushed my son to the ground causing a huge knot on his head, and management's response was that they've been unsuccessful in controlling the teens. KICK THEM OUT! This was the second time my son had been pushed. My mom and I were almost run over as soon as we walked in the door and several other times. Needless to say, we left fairly soon, and we will not be back! Way too expensive for what was offered. Not a good place for kids as there is no railing for them to hold onto--except the one that is too high for them to even reach. Ask to check out the place before paying b/c there are no refunds.
