Dear Ms. MacKinnon: I am writing to you regarding the guidelines of family skating on Sunday, at the Coxheath County Arena. As to what I witness, there is a section barred off for those who have children, who are learning how to skate, or who have not yet mastered the concept of skating. Why is it there, because nobody follows the rules. If the children are allowed to come into the main skating area with all these obstacles they are pushing, I suggest ridding the area of these stupid hockey nets that you believe they are going to stay beyond. They are no use whatsoever. Many years ago, when I was learning to skate, we were taken to the Cenntennial or the Old Sydney Forumn, where there were wooden planks that you could not cross. There, you learned to skate without endangering the lives of others. For the past several weeks, I have dodged pylons, strollers and those push bar things that are supposed to aid those in mastering the technology of skating. I go each
