The LVIC has two rinks, one regulation size and one a tad smaller, a pro shop, a snack bar, and even more. The staff is really friendly, and will help you on anything. They have learn to skate classes, classes where you learn to play hockey, youth house hockey leagues, adult hockey leagues, and tournaments. Also, public skating, stick and puck sessions, figure skating sessions and much, much more. Prices are really cheap. On normal two hour public skating sessions, the adult fee is only $9 including skates ($2 if you have your own). Children are two dollars cheaper. You can buy any figure skating or hockey equipment in the pro shop. Visit their website at lasvegasice.com to get more info. An example of the friendliness of the staff: One Sunday afternoon, I was planning on attending a Stick and Puck session. I checked the schedule just before to make sure I had the time right and it wasn't there anymore. Long story on how it changed. But, they gave me a FREE stick and puck session!!!
