DO NOT HAVE A BIRTHDAY PARTY AT SKATEZONE. 1. They are over priced. 2. You are rushed through like cattle. 3. 1-hour to sit at a table then quickly moved through the events of your party. 4. 1-slice of terrible pizza for the kids. 5. No refill on beverages. 6. It's a mad house. 7. Unsanitary conditions at the concession stand area. 8. Poor sanitary habits from the staff. 9. I would NOT have my child's birthday party there again if they paid me to have it there. 10. The food is just plain terrible. Overpriced for extremely subpar taste. Grossly aweful - no exaggeration. I recommend you eat at home first and only go there to skate.
SKATE ZONE & USA CINEMA MAY BE CHEAP BUT STAFF IS RUDE
I WENT TO USA CINEMA AND I WAS TREATED RUDE BY THE STAFF IN NILES OHIO WHICH IS AFFILIATED WITH SKATE ZONE.WHEN I REPORTED IT TO SKATE ZONE MANAGEMENT THEY REPREMENDED ONLY ONE STAFF AND NOT THE OTHER 2 STAFF MEMBERS. ALSO THE STAFF SAID THEY HAD BUY ONE GET ONE FREE TICKETS BUT THEY DO NOT GIVE THEM OUT, SO WHO ARE THEY FOR? LAST YEAR 2010 THEY GAVE YOU ONE WITH EVERY PURCHASE BUT THIS YEAR THEY HAVE BECOME STINGY. THE CINEMA IS DARK, POOR LIGHTS, BROKEN SEATS AND THE EMPLOYEES SMOKE RIGHT ON THE FRONT DOOR OF THE CINEMAS MAIN ENTRANCE...I WOULD NOT RECOMENDED AS YOU CAN GO TO A NICE MATINEE FOR $2.00 MORE AT REGAL CINEMA AND HAVE CLEAN NICE PLACE AND RESPECTFUL STAFF...PAY THE $2.00 EXTRA BUCKS AND HAVE FUN AT REGAL MATINEE.USA IN NILES, OHIO GAVE ME AND MY 7 YEAR OLD NIECE THE WORST EXPERIENCE IN OUR LIFE. I WOULD NEVER RECOMEND SKATE ZONE DUE TO RUDE MANAGEMENT INCLUDING USA IN NILES, OHIO...PEOPLE SHOP AROUND AT OTHER PLACES TO HAVE FUN..7/2011 Good luck
