parking lot, windy day; unsecured bleachers; damaged car
Was there for dog show on 15 October 2011. Parked by entrance door. Unsecured rolling bleachers were opposite side of the door and a very gusty wind blew them into, under, and on my car. Did minimal damage, except for the left front fender but if someone had been entering the door at the same time, they could have been seriously injured. Police were called and I was given the name of the general manager, etc. and their numbers to call. Have called repeatedly and left voice mails (no one picks up their phone)and have still not heard from them after almost three weeks. They may have great ice, great concessions, great facilities but their accountability leaves much to be desired. Hopefully you will have no property damage/personal injury while there as they seem to not be able to return calls or respond in any way. Sad to say what could have been dealt with very quickly and economically will soon be in the hands of an attorney.
