Lessons at the arena are good but really crowded.
I would recommend the instructors because they are friendly and good but there are too many kids on the ice. Also if there were group routines, like the first 10 min are circle skating to music. Then break out into groups. Then use the music to initiate fun activities like head and shoulders dance moves to teach balance. Bubbles that kids chase and pop also distracts them and helps learning. Toys and props are great. Teaching how to safely fall is really important. A what to practice when with parents would be helpful, maybe handouts of the skills learned and how we can contribute to learning would be good.
