Very disappointed in our party experience here. We paid $8.50 a kid and hardly got more than if we would have paid regular admission price. Our "party server" did nothing more than set down pizza and pitchers of pop then was not around. When I complained, the manager was very unprofessional and told me in from of the whole party to go somewhere else next time. Everyone in our party was appalled at how we were treated. I was also told when I scheduled that we were the first party to book for that night, yet we didn't get set up in the party room, which is supposed to be first come, first serve. Instead, we got put out with everyone else. It was so chaotic, unorganized, and I was unable to enjoy my own kids' birthday party because I was too busy running the show, which is NOT why I paid to have a party somewhere other than my home. I also have no idea which presents came from which guests for the same reason. The place was FREEZING as well.
