Public Skating

Public skating sessions are offered at the SKATERY, inc. We offer sessions geared for tots, Middle-High Schoolers, Adults, Homeschool, etc. It's great exercise and an opportunity to get out of the house so head for the SKATERY soon !

Skating is fun because all your friends are here and we play your favorite tunes and games! Music is always age-appropriate. Did you know that ours was the FIRST computerized music system in a roller rink in Pennsylvania! ... the SKATERY sets the standard ... the rest follow!

Dust off your roller skates and join your friends at the SKATERY this weekend. If you can't find your skates, we have about 400 rentals ready to use! Once you're out on our solid maple skating surface, it'll feel just like old times ... whether you're a tot, teen or older!

Birthday Party or Event Planning?

It's easy to plan your birthday party or other special event at the SKATERY, inc! Our facility is available for birthday parties, holiday parties, FUNd-raisers or corporate events. We love to host scout, school and church parties too!

Our party manager has been on the job for 20 years and can make the process painless. We supply tickets or invitations (& poster originals when appropriate). All you have to do is let folks know what you're planning and when the day rolls around, leave the rest to us!

Summer LIMBO Tournament!

The Greater Susquehanna Valley Summer Limbo Tournament was held on August 22. Champions were Skylar Gunning of Spring Glen, PA and Dawson Stauffer of Berrysburg, PA.

Runners-Up were: Kristi Hall (Valley View, PA); Coy Campbell (Gratz, PA), Samantha gunning (Spring Glen, PA) and from Millersburg, PA ... Bailee Etzwiler, Simon Finley & Maverick Enders.

Forty Five skaters had qualified to compete in this final even

Winners received a FREE "Limbo Champion" "T" Shirt and a certificate. Runners-up each received a certificate.

Come often to practice, and be ready when the Winter Limbo series is held! Eliminations begin mid-September!

Skating's More Fun After Lessons

the SKATERY offers the ONLY (to our knowledge) skating class program in the greater Susquehanna Valley area. With two professional coaches on staff whose combined teaching experience equals over 50 years, (Skating experience is over 100 years combined!) beginners through experienced skaters are assured of moving up to the next level in a short time. Bring your little pre-skater (age 2 or older) to our popular PixiE Class and Mrs "M" promises to put you out of the "towing business"!

All students are welcome to participate in our semi-annual performance/achievement night, when those who have earned awards receive them.
