Went to a birthday party here and will not ever go back. Expected the lack of cleanliness, sub par customer service, token games that didn't work and ate quarters. After my six year old daughter spent one hour earning redemption tickets, the manager refused to let her "cash in" for a penny prize. Said, "Oh, Yeah, the redemption booth closes at 4PM. And I don't care." I asked where that was posted (I own a retail business and I'm very considerate to all service employees because I have empathy for their job) and she said, "Oh, Yeah, we don't HAVE to post it." I asked if she could just go over and she said, "Oh, Yeah, I don't have enough staff (there were 6 employees standing around her with their mouths open)." She took PLEASURE in telling us she had no intention of letting my daughter use the 251 tickets she had earned. Unless we came back another time. WE WILL NOT BE BACK. I just hope this manager gets treated, at some point in time, with the lack of common courtesy we just got.
