I took my daughter and her friend skating here. Its a very good place to go skating. But, my daughter got caught chewing gum the second she stepped in the doors. Later on that day, the person running the facility swore to me my daughter was chewing gum, AGAIN. She got sat in "Time Out" and was told she cannot talk, skate, or even sit by her friend. I told them to stay together. I was very unimpressed with this. My child's friend was sitting right next to her and she was not chewing gum, but eating skittles in the FOOD SECTION. VERY dissapointed in the staff's friendliness.
