Absolutely disappointed with the Roane County Skating Center. We bring in 2/3 of the business today since it was not a private party and and they were NOT BUSY otherwise and they made me 'dispose of' my bottle of water as I was walking in due to the "health code". So I put it in my car & someone walked in with a bag and a drink from Sonic. Needless to say, I was NOT happy, and let the owner know about that as I walked back in. So as I re-enter, I also tell him that if anyone shows up for my son's party to let me know so I can pay for their entrance...so people show up and he tells them that there is no party going on!!! UGH! During our time there, we bought PLENTY of snacks and drinks but told a little girl at the party not to open her goodie bag b/c they offer food for sale! They will NEVER get my business again! I DO NOT recommend them for business, parties or anything else. They are only there to capitalize...not to make for a fun experience!!
