The owner will not turn on the air when it is hot or turn on the heat when it is cold. This guy seems to cut all of the corners in order to watch his overhead. They play the same music all of the time and some of it is not for children's ears. The owner is rude to his staff and customers. The concession stand is very poor in quality and the price is too high. Do not have a party here!!! Your guest will burn up due to the heat, have a bad time, and talk about you and what a poor party this is. I refuse to give this guy any more of my hard earned money!!!!
I do not like this place at all. Been there many times and never leave happy. Owner is not very nice at all. His kids run all over that place. Had a birthday party there, I was running late called and asked them to tell my guestes I would be right there and to please let them in and I will pay when I got there,I know it was my fault I wasn't there but I didn't have 10 people there because they left but I still had to pay for 10. Also there was a special going on that day and it would have been much cheaper but he would not budge on the price. We ended up losing our deposit and just paying for the kids I had there it end up being cheaper. Also the pizza is terrible. It is from sams club. That snack bar is so overpriced. When they first opened we were so excited for a new skating rink. Not anymore. He will learn that you have to be nice to people for them to come back. Spoke with lots of people and they all feel the same way.
