WORST PARTY EXPERIENCE EVER! My daughter had her 8th birthday party here and it was the worst ever. She had fun with all her friends, but what they promised me didn't happen! I requested a certain color for the table cloth, cookie cake and all paper goods. That did not happen! It was all multicolored. I let that go. However, you only have the room for an hour...you can not go in after or even early. So you have no place to put all the gifts. When asked where you are to put all this until the room is open, they have no clue, nor do they care!! They finally said they could put them in back desk, but they would not be responsible. Really??? So annoyed by the lack of information provided before booking. If I would have know that they don't offer accommodation until your room is ready, I would have never booked with them!!!
