I had a party here for my daughter, upon arrival the staff seemed to have no idea what was going on. Finally I had someone lead me to an area where my party was to be set up. Some time later the hostess came back to put table cloths on the table and to ask me a few questions. After waiting another 15 minutes or so the hostess returned with our wrist bands so that the kids could get their skates. By this time we were already 1/2 an hour into the allotted time. The hostess was no where to be found when we needed forks & spoons, we ended up walking to the snack bar and getting them ourself. There is no air condition in the skat rink part of the building. So it was literally 100 degrees in there. 15 minutes before my party was to end I was told that I needed to go ahead and move all of my stuff off of the tables so I wouldnt be charged extra. When I complained the manager didnt charge me for the extra half hour wich was nice. However overall I was overchared when I paid.
